I've received documents from the court, what should I do?
If you can, pay the debt as soon as possible. If you are unable to pay your debt in full at once, please email teisininkai@julianus.lt.
If no payment is made after the judgment enters into force, the enforcement document is transferred to a bailiff for enforcement.
I have received a demand from a bailiff. What to do?
If you have received a request for voluntary payment from the bailiff, we suggest you take this opportunity to pay the debt in good faith within the 10 days from the date of service of the request. By paying in good faith, you will avoid additional enforcement costs from the bailiff.
After the 10-day period for voluntary payment has expired, the assigned bailiff can apply enforcement measures, such as: seizure of an account or wages. We recommend that you pay the full amount of the debt to the designated bailiff.
If you pay the debt to the creditor UAB Julianus Inkaso, you will only pay the bailiff’s execution costs directly to the bailiff!
